Ms. Barbara Mkundi is the sharp growing advocate while working as Associate Advocate at our firm designated in the department of Litigation Affairs. By the virtue of her admission to the bar, Adv. Barbara is the advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and other subordinate Courts.
She attained her Bachelors of Law Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Law School of Tanzania. Adv. Barbara is also a member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
She is specialized in Family laws, Probate and Administration of Estate. Her growing experience in handling complex legal matters both in court and during her interaction with clients make her uniquely strong and competent in her area of specialization.
Adv. Barbara’s competency can be well elaborated in negotiation, drafting and management of contract, Conveyance contracting and trial advocacy skills. Adv.
